The word Therapy comes from the Greek word therapeia meaning ‘healing’
This project isn't about 'fixing you' or changing you this is about helping you see your self the way we do; as a fully whole, complete, an unique being!
We are all in this life together perfectly, imperfect beings having this human experience with all it's ups & downs.
I get it some time we Physically, Mentally, Emotionally for some reason feel disconnected, maybe even a little 'broken', like we are not being our true authentic selves, we feel a little lost & need some support.
We don't feel at home either in our own skin &/or in the world around us.

WHY YOGA THERAPY? Can't I just go to public Yoga classes?
The Wild You Project is grounded in using YOGA as THERAPY
The key with Yoga Therapy is that it requires the individual - that's YOU, to want to make a change, it requires the individual - YOU, to implement a daily practice specifically designed for YOU to help you live your Sankalpa.
When using Yoga as Therapy, there is no one fits all solution unlike a public yoga class where we all do the same sequence.
As part of this project you will be prescribed a daily Yoga practice to do and we request that you do it !
This project only works if YOU do the work - if you show up!
Your daily practice is designed with thought & care using a range of yogic frameworks & principles to suit you, your goals & your lifestyle.
We also work collaboratively with & along side any current individuals supporting you along your journey such as chiropractors, physiotherapist & psychologist for example.
Let's revisit that little word Sankalpa
San = Connection to your highest self (we call it your WILD self) Kalpa - the rule above all rules, the truth above all truths
Sankapla - a vow, a commitment yo your highest/wildest self!
As part of this project we will help you connect & identify your Sankalpa.

THE WILD YOU PROJECT involves a home practice which may range from 5 - 15 minutes or up to 45 - 60 minutes depending on the time you can dedicate to your practice.
Longer practices don't necessarily mean better results either!
This is about starting the process, taking the first step & I will be there to guide & support you along the way.

The Wild Project is designed for everybody with the desire to create change, no matter what your previous Yoga experience, or current physical, mental, emotional state there is always a starting place for everybody - you just need to take the first step.
This project might not be for everyone and maybe for now you simply want to stick to weekly classes or come to our 4 week series & that's also totally fine!
You can start you Wild You Project when your ready. The Wild You Project is an empowering process, through our time working together you will learn & experience how Yoga can help you navigate everyday life bringing you more peace, joy, happiness & bliss.
THE WILD YOU PROJECT - It all begins right here! includes initial consult & 2 follow up sessions
Your first consult is where we get to know each other, we set some goals & get aligned on what it is your would like to achieve & the support I can offer you along the way. You will be given a small home practice to start you on your journey at the end of this session.
We place an emphasis on ensuring that the seeds are planted & that you are feeling nourished & supported in your new program which is why we offer 2 follow up sessions for all new clients.
In our second session (which we suggest is within 7 days from when we first meet) we will review your mini practice and if you are ready we can extend your practice, dive a little deeper or make some adjustments.
Sometimes things don't feel right & we need to make some adjustments. So your 3rd follow up session is valid for up to 6 weeks post your second session. Your recommended time frame will be discussed at your second appointment.
Yoga Therapy is about creating a practice that works for you, that really supports you on your journey to live wild. This approach gives you a chance to take the practice home, implement it, reflect on it and then together we can make adjustments &/or review your progress.
Your first session is 90 minutes & your two follow up session are 45 - 60 minutes $350

The goal is to help you live your wildest life ever so these are on going appointments to help you maintain your new lifestyle practices, review your goals & to make any minor adjustments to your practice - you might be surprised how a little tweak can create a profound impact.
