Yoga was originally a one to one practice where your teacher would work with your body to design a sequence & practice to suit your needs.
One on one private yoga sessions means you get the whole session to your self.
It's like a studio class but for one (you can also share this experience with a loved one)!
It's a perfect place to start for beginners who want to get to know their bodies and the practice before attending studio classes or for existing practitioners who are short on time, can't make studio classes or simply want a practice designed for them on their terms and in the space they choose.
Private sessions include individualised attention & the creation of a sequence designed for your unique skeletal structure. These can be done as a one of or as a series of weekly/biweekly sessions.
Sessions can be designed to help support any physical, mental or emotional health/wellness concerns including: respiratory issues, digestive issues, anxiety, stress, fear, mental clarity & focus, women's issues & much more.
Our private session include Yin & Restorative Yoga Poses, Gentle Movement, Mindfulness techniques, Meditations & might the use of Pranayama (breath work) & Mudras. Your class can be done in silent or to one of our sound tracks - you even get to choose if you would like the use of crystals, essential oils, a head massage or a facial Qua Sha! Each session is 75 minute. On arrival we will first have a mini consult to check in & then we will begin your practice.
