ReWILDing is about remembering that you are whole prefect and complete just as you are.
Re WILD Yoga uses the 4 elements & 4 seasons to design 4 unique yoga practices delivered at specific times through out the month to help you reconnect with both your external & internal worlds. Each sequence is specifically designed around the current phase of the moon to help bring you back in sync with the flow of Mumma earth

Each phase of the moon is linked to a different season & each month we get a chance to start fresh & new!
Every 4 weeks we will begin the series again so if you miss a session you can always make it up the following month.
These classes generally run prior to the moon phase to allow you time to prepare for the following phase
SPRING ENERGY The New Moon Energy - set your goals, intentions, dreams 28th August, 25th September, 23rd October, November 27th
SUMMER ENERGY First Quarter Moon - the time to take action & get things done 4th September, 2nd October, 30th October, 4th December
AUTUMN ENERGY Full Moon time - the time to release & let it be 11th September, 9th October, 6th November, 11th December
WINTER ENERGY Third Quarter Moon - time to rest, reflect, recharge 18th September, 16 October, 18th December

Sarah teaches Functional Yin Yoga, which means this series is open to ALL.
It may be your very first time to Yin Yoga or you maybe a regular Yin Yoga practitioner. EVERY body is welcomed!
