During our Wild Child Yoga classes for Tweenies & Tweens we introduce them to the ancient energy systems of the body & core yogic principles like, gratitude, contentment, non attachment, self -love, self-belief, & respect.
We use a combination of Yang & Yin Yoga poses as we cleverly weave in the teachings of yoga & how they can be applied to everyday life.
We look at needs v wants, explore feelings of joy love, fear, worry & more.
We strengthen & stretch the body & the mind!
The intention of these classes is to encourage children to learn to be their true awesome selves on & off the mat.
