HOW CAN I BRING YOGA INTO MY WORKPLACE?
'We have three different options for you to bring yoga into your workplace. All our classes are 'no sweat' classes using a combination of yin yoga, mindfulness, breath work and myo fascial release techniques.
BREW & BEND
Brew & Bend is our 60 minute morning yoga program designed for your team to attend before they start work for the day. A great partner to your morning brew to help get you ready for the day ahead, stretch, move & awaken the body & the mind then follow it up with your brew of choice as you head to your work station ready to dive into the day.
ROLL & RESET
Roll & Reset is our 45 minute lunch class class and includes the use of myo fascia techniques to help release physical stress in the body as well as Yin Yoga to allow for a mental, emotional reset. The perfect pause to the day, to pick you up, refresh you and have you heading back to work with new focus, clarity & calmness.
Release is our 60 or 75 minute session for you to release and let the day go. Perfect for creating space where you can now switch off, allow the body to drop into a deep parasympathetic state where you can stop, digest, rest & release. You will float home in a calm, relaxed physical, mental & emotional state to enjoy some great quality time with family & friends.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We recommend class sizes of up t0 10 staff to ensure each participant receives the required individual attention & the best possible experience. Larger numbers can be arranged upon request.
Mat hire available if needed
We suggest you dress in something comfortable & stretchy as most classes are done on the floor.
Classes are based on functional Yin Yoga so suit all bodies types, abilities & yoga experience.
We can provide mats or you are welcome to bring your own.
We can also provide personal one-on-one office yoga sessions.
