In Yoga Therapy we don't believing in 'fixing you' as we believe that YOU are whole & complete - that we are all perfectly, imperfect.
There are times however when we don't feel this way.
Physically, Mentally, Emotionally for some reason we feel disconnected, we feel a little 'broken', like we are not being our true authentic selves, we feel a little lost & need some support.
We don't feel at home either in our own skin &/or in the world around us.

As A Yoga Therapist I work with you & your physical, mental, & emotional limitations to integrate yogic practices into your everyday life, to help bring you a little peace, less suffering & to move you towards a specific goal & ultimately bring you more peace, joy & happiness.

Well we are not aiming for perfection, but it's true I do believe that a little each day is the key to achieving long lasting change.
Your daily practice is designed with thought & care using a range of yogic frameworks & principles to suit your lifestyle.
We also work collaboratvly with & along side any current individuals supporting you along your journey such as chiropractors, physiotherapist & psychologist for example.

Your personal practice may range from 5 - 15 minutes, it's about starting the process, taking the first step & I will be there to guide & support you along the way.
Your personal practice may include but may not be limited to, asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, chanting, mudra, ball rolling, as well as journaling.
Each personal practice is skilfully created with YOU, the individual in mind to support YOU, the individual in reducing any personal suffering & to achieve your own individual goals, within your own individual limitations & your own individual lifestyle.

We place an emphasis on ensuring that the seeds are planted & that you are feeling nourished & supported in your new program. Sometimes things don't feel right & we need to make some adjustments. Yoga Therapy is about creating a practice that works for you, that really supports you on your journey to live wild. This approach gives you a chance to take the practice home, implement it, reflect on it and then together we can make adjustments &/or review your progress.
