During our Wild Child Yoga classes for Tweenies & Tweens we foster an environment where each child is encouraged to be their true awesome self & create a welcoming, safe environment where every child feels like they belong. We use yoga as a tool to teach principles like gratitude, contentment, non attachment, self -love, self-belief, & respect.
Each class includes: movement mindfulness mediation mudras (yogic sounds) & mantras (the yogic approach to positive affirmations)
The benefits of Yoga for Kids is varied & wide some are: improved concentration increased energy levels immune system booster improved flexibility improved sleep increased ability to manage stress & anxiety Improvement in clarity of the mind increased ability to focus & concentrate improvement in self regulation & ability to self calm Plus increased self confidence, resilience & self love
The intention of these classes is to encourage children to learn to be their true awesome selves on & off the mat.
POLICY: If you cancel your class within 9 hours notice you will not be credited for that class If you do not show without notification you will not be credited for that class Class passes are valid for one term (10 weeks) only and can not be carried over to the following term You can use your pass on either Tuesday, Wednesday &/or Thursday You can book your classes up to 8 weeks in advanced

FAMILY YOGA for the whole tribe calling all the wild ones, big & small, young & old
Family yoga is a time for the tribe to come together, to connect, laugh & play ! Bring the whole tribe, Mum & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa, Aunty & Uncle & all the kids.
These classes are fun & interactive, & focus on connection. You can expect to moo like a cow, meow like a cat, hiss like a snake & shake your doggy tail high up in the air, you might also create your own family gratitude jar, share in a candle meditation or create a family piece of art together

RE - ALIGN
A 4 week immersion of Yin Yoga & Reiki where the worlds of energy combine hosted along side Reiki Master & Holistic Counsellor Karen Harrison from The Happy CO
Reiki uses intuitive hand placement to balance, reset & realign the energy centres within
Yin Yoga uses intentional floor based postures to release any blockages so the energy within can flow freely Leave feeling aligned & connected to your best self
This weekly class includes a 75 minute Yin Yoga practice during which you will experience the healing powers of Reiki

RE - WILD
Re WILD is a 4 week Therapeutic Yin Yoga group session that draws on the energy of the 4 phases of the moon to support you on your healing journey.
4 x 90 minute weekly sessions combining Yin & Restorative Yoga with the use of Mudras, Mantras, Music & other tools designed to help bring you back in sync with the flow of Mumma earth.

ROLL - RELEASE - RESTORE a monthly pop up class including Ball Therapy, Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga
Ball Therapy or Myo-Fascial RELEASE helps loosen tight muscles, Yin stretches the tendons & ligaments. This practice rehydrates our fascia - the connective tissue - the glue that holds us together giving the body a overall feeling of ease & lightness - a complete RELEASE. You will end the session with a Restorative Yoga pose to allow the body to feel held, supported & fully RESTORED. next class: Friday 13th March 5.45pm - 7.15pm - 1o spots only bookings open
REST & RESTORE
a 2 hour bi-weekly class where you can carve out some time for you to experience deep, deep rest & nourishment. Allow yourself to be cared for, to be nourished to be held as you give yourself permission to rest - restore - rejuvenate
This class is limited to 3 people so advanced bookings is recommended
REST & RITUALS
A monthly 2 hour restorative yoga class where the concepts of Restorative Yoga are infused with the sacred practice of women sitting in circle. Sitting in circle with other women is a truly powerful experience. As each woman joins the circle we acknowledge our oneness & acknowledge each other as equals - regardless of our age or life expertness. Once the circle is formed, it becomes a container of truth telling & sacred stories are shared & it becomes a place for transformation & healing.
These session are for women only & are open to all women 10 years & over Under 16 we ask you come with a adult Next Gathering: 27th February 6 - 8pm $45
These are weekly public drop In Yin Yoga classes where we focus on the connective tissue in the body (fascia) & the flow of energy (meridians). In basic terms we stretch & compress the body into shapes targeting particular areas of the body!
We hold each of the floor based pose for around 3 - 7 minutes as we allow the connective tissues (the stuff that holds us together) in the body to melt, physically lubricating & rehydrating the joints as we strengthening the tendons & ligaments.
Each pose is like a mini meditation & will leave you feeling stretched, refreshed & with a feeling of spaciousness. Helping you return to a state of homeostasis - that feeling of home with in.
Just as the name suggest this style of Yoga is about deep rest, it's about restoring your body & allowing it time to really experience the body's para sympathetic state - to feel peace. In this practice you use props to support the physical body to facilitate ease, health & relaxation. As you bathe in the nourishing space you will allow the energy within your body to flow freely, creating a calm, safe place where your body can rest & restore. It's like your body is sleeping & your mind is awake watching & observing this calm, peaceful state of being.
We hold these supportive poses for around 15 - 30 minutes during which you are encouraged to embrace the bodies natural desire to do less, to rest!
