This 6 week experience is limited to 6 women.
This is about creating a safe haven for you to share your
pre birth experience with like minded women.
In this series you will experience:
6 Prenatal Yoga Classes with gentle movement infused with Yin & Restorative poses specifically designed for the pregnant Mumma.
6 Pranayama Techniques (yogic breathing) to support you on your journey.
6 Mantra, Mudras, Meditations - Yogic tools you will be able to use outside in everyday life.
Partners are welcomed to attend in weeks 3 & 5 if you choose.

Pos Birth Yoga is designed to assist you in practicing with your little ones by your side.
These classes are focused around helping you slow down and practice pausing alongside like minded parents.
Combining Yin & Restorative postures with gentle movement & Mantra Meditation.
Classes can be attend by Mum or Dad and the 6 week program can be shared amongst both parents.*
*(Additional parent fee applies if both parents attend one class)
Tots Yoga is a chance to introduce your little being into Yoga. These sessions alternate focus between you and your little one. There is moments where we learn to move together and moments where we learn to breathe together and moment where we learn to be still together. It’s all about practice practice practice. They are also a perfect way to prepare your little being for our ‘Big School’ Prep Session that will run in September 2021.
Classes can be attended by either Mum or Dad, parents can share a pass or both parents can attend for an additional $15 per session
