This spring retreat is  designed to help you pause & reset.


It’s an opportunity to give yourself time to really embody the teachings of  spring time.


During the retreat we will tap into your inner knowing & wisdom, to cultivate courage & strength so that you can stay connected to the things that really matter to you.


  Join Fran & Sarah for a day of re-wilding at Coal Point,

on the water’s edge of the beautiful Lake Macquarie,

on Awabakal Land (near Toronto).


                                  When:     Sunday 26th Feburary     11am - 430pm 

                                  Where:    Coal Point

            Our day together will include;


Embodied Yoga 

gentle Yoga Practice to help you reconnect to your body - your home.

Connect to nature

Each retreat will include a invitation to reconnect with nature. To tune in & listen to the lessons each season has to offer. 

Inspiration sessions 

Each day retreat has a inspiration session designed to help inspire you to continue to live the life you love. 

Rest & Reset 

A time  in the day to allow you to restore your nervous system, leaving you feeling reset & rebalanced.

 $155 +1.3% booking fee pp 

We will also share a delicious nourishing lunch, herbal tea & refreshments
