This is possible one of my all time favourite Mantras, it to is connected to our Root Chakra and supports us in connecting to our oneness and our enough ness.
You don't need to add anything to "So Hum" or "I Am" it's a reminder to drop the labels
and come back & reconnect with our true pure essence.

Step 1: review this list and cross out any words that do not resonate with you
Step 2: review this list and get the number of words that resonate with you down to 20
Step 3: review the list and get the number down to 10
Step 4: review the list and get the number down to 5
Step 5: choose the one word that is most important to you and circle it
Step 6: place the top 5 words in order of importance
Step 7: define what your top 5 words mean to you - for example balance or bliss, health might mean something to one person and something very different to another, so what do your words mean to you?
