You Time
This retreat is all about choices.
Your in charge of your day, you can get involved in the daily activities as much or as little as you like.
There is also allocated free time for you to have a dip in the pool, a soak in the spa, to go for a stroll, to curl up read a book or just have a nap!

Yoga
5 Yoga Sessions
Yoga sessions include gentle daily morning flows to start the day with intention, a long immersive yin practice to stretch and soothe and a nourishing restorative session so you can rest & restore.

Meals
Vegetarian meals in your May Retreat will use 90% fresh Organic fruit & vegetables sourced from local producers.
Vegan, Gluten Free & Dairy Free special dietary requirements can be catered for if requested in advance.

Sunday breakfast & farewell lunch

Sankalpa & Sangha
sangha means ‘brining together’
sankalpa means ‘commitment/vow promise’ to ‘your highest/best self.
Infused into these retreats are experiences to help you connect to your fellow retreats goers. We also include workshop sessions to support you in strengthening your commitment & promise to your self to ensure you continue living you best & most wildest life in between retreats.

Nature
TIme in nature is essential for resetting our bodies natural rhythmic flow & helping us remember to connect back to the natural flow of the world.
Being in, exploring & playing in nature is an essential component of ReWILDing!
In the May 2022 Retreat you have the opportunity to experience a guided walk on country through the local Darkijung land.
plus many other opportunities to place your bare feet on the earth - you could even keep your shoes off for the whole weekend !

The beautiful Yanada centre is nestled in the McDonald valley on the Hawkesbury Vivek near Wiseman Ferry. Located in between Newcastle & Sydney perfect for a weekend getaway.
