Hi I‘m Sarah a Family Mental Health Yoga Therapist & Coach
I believe good Mental Health is a family affair. I believe we are in it together & that what benefits one of us benefits all of us. The Yin Rooms is designed for Parents & Carers to make Yin Therapy accessible at anytime. We encourage you to make at least one live class a week (your welcomed to attend all 3) & then suggest you aim for 2/3 of the seasonal recordings.
*not a parent me neither I believe it take a village to raise children so yes absolutely you can join as well - everyone is welcomed!
The Yin Rooms
‘Yin’ Therapy Sessions are slow, stretchy & meditative.
The shapes that we make with the body are accessible to all. There is lots of choice in each session so your body doesn’t need to fit the practice but rather it’s about making the practice fit you.
