SANGHA is Sanskrit for ‘Community’, ‘Gathering’, ‘Association’

This is your invitation to join me @ MOA & CO in Carrington for an afternoon of you time with a 2- hour Yin immersion with optional time to stay and connect with like-minded community members at our seasonal event: Yin & Gin!

The practice will focus on a heart opening Yin session based on the fire element. Fire is the energy of the heart, of movement, growth and relationships. It helps us sort out what we really need and what is simply mental, emotional and physical clutter. The fire element then supports us to release what we no longer need.

Afterwards, there is time for us to connect and celebrate the essence of summer, joy, and community connection. Sip on a gin cocktail (non-alcoholic option available) while mingling and perhaps forming new connections.
