The Wild You Project offers a compassionate, collaborative, wholistic approach to healing & resilience building for Adults & Children.
Utilising self study, exploration and curiosity, we invite you on a journey of knowing yourself. I believe that there is no one approach that suits every body, not does a certain approach suit you all the time, which is why I utilising a integrative approach, drawing inspiration from different therapies & utilise a range of somatic and yoga based tools.
Through the lens of the Kosha Model, a whole being approach, I facilitate your learning, inviting you to explore tools for all parts of you including; playing, moving, resting, breathing, journaling, meditation, mindfulness, sensory activities, environmental & lifestyle shifts and more.
I believe you don’t need to choose between your authenticity & having the life you want
