Evolve - Tots 6 week program

Thursday 930 am Starts October 28th Evolve is a Yoga Based Program for Tots.  Using age appropriate techniques your little one will start the journey of understanding the energy inside their bodies and how it makes them feel.  They will learn how to express these emotion using actions, words & sign language.  Having multiple ways to learn how explain their emotions equip tots with more tools to be able to express and ask for support.  Parents/Caregivers learn the importance of the transition from Co - Regulation to Self - Regulation  and practice stepping back and letting their little ones evolve. This program is great for Tots starting School in the next year or so, those that have trouble express their emotions, or those kids who are big feelers.

Embrace - Tweenies & Tweens 8 week program

Tuesday 345pm Starts 2/11 Embrace is a 8 week program designed to support Tweenies & Tweens understand their emotions as energy. During this program children learn to identify the difference in the energy within & then learn tools to help activate, regulate, soothe & calm the different energies inside of the body,  They learn how to better self - regulate, how better to interact with them selves & others around them.  They develop self-awareness, self-acceptance & self-appreciation.  They learn to embrace all their emotions, which is the first step in being able to be your true awesome self!  We explore emotions sucks as anger, fear, grief, gratitude, joy, sadness & courage.

Presence - Teens 10 week program

Tuesday 430pm Starts October 5th (online until November 5th) Practicing Presence tweens - teens Practice Presence is a 10 week group program designed to help support children live a authentic life. This program is designed to equip Kids with the tools they need to be able to learn how to self regulate, increase inner confidence, decrease anxiety & stress. The are trauma informed & provide a safe space for all children to feel like they have a place they belong. Together they embark on a journey of discovering, embracing & being confident in who they really are & then work on being able to show up & share this authentically with the world.Limited to 6 kids per session Full session $180

Restorative Therapy

Sunday 7/11 4 - 6 pm  Learn the Art of Rest. In these sessions we use the breath & props to release held tension in the body as we welcome in a state of deep relaxation. Restorative healing involves being in supported shapes for longer periods of time than other types of yoga, with supports such as bolsters, blocks, & blankets intended to help you relax & rest. There is no structured shape that you need to be In during these sessions, they are felt based shapes rather than structural shapes. Sarah will support you in allowing the props to adjust to you, instead of you having to adjust to fit the props.  In these sessions we will relearn how to have a sense of safety in your bodies. It is an opportunity to re-acquaint ourselves with the sensations that the body experiences that we may not have been aware of. We learn to accept these sensation as we embrace the art of rest.

Nourish - 6 week trauma informed series

Tuesday 6pm Starts November 2nd A 6 Week Trauma Informed Session limited to 6 people    In a trauma informed Yoga session you will find the language invitational. It is a choice based practice designed to empower you to rediscover your own sense of agency. A interoceptive journey that is Trauma informed these sessions are very different from western modern yoga classes.   What you need to know first… More & more research is evolving demonstrating how the body holds & stores emotions & trauma. Sometimes during our practice forgotten emotions come to the surface although this is not the intention of the program it is something participants should be aware of before enrolling.  The Physical aspect of this program invites participants to create different forms/shapes with the body & includes the option to make choices that are suitable for you or you can choose to follow along with Sarah or a combination of both. Starts October 28th Thursday 730am 8 Week Series learning to FLOURISH Once you master Self -Regulation you can support your self & those around you Co- Regulate.  Designed for Parent’s, Care Givers, Clinicians, Support Workers & those wanting greater ability to self - regulate & have a better awareness & appreciation of the energy within. In this 8 week Yin series you will gain an understanding on the energy & emotions that run through the body from a Yogic perspective.  In this series we focus on the Meridian energy system. Each week we will explore a different energy Yin & Yang pair.   You will learn to give language to the energy/emotions that you feel.  By increasing your awareness of your own energy you will be better be able to support your self and those around you.  This Program will support you in decreasing your stress, anxiety, reduce everyday fears and worries.
