✔️ Learn what makes it different from general yoga or talk based therapy


✔️ Try a short, optional mini-practice (no experience needed)


✔️ Review the latest research on its impact

This session will be Facilitated by Sarah Truman, a registered TCTSY Facilitator & Yoga Therapist and is a Senior Mentor on the Mental Health Aware Yoga Training Program. Sarah is also in her final study period of the Bachelor of Psychological Science. Passionate about working with the whole body as part of supporting people heal from trauma, stress and burnout. TCTSY is the perfect blend of merging western psychological concepts with yoga philosophy and it’s Sarah’s goal to make this as accessible to people as possible. Sarah is also working on dedicated kids TCTSY sessions - stay tuned!
